By choosing to participate in this contest, each entrant must abide by and is subject to these Official Rules and understands that the results of the contest as determined by FSB are final in all respects. Eligibility Requirements: The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States who are ages 3-12 years old. FSB has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Children of FSB employees or who are otherwise affiliated with FSB are eligible to enter and to win. Children or their parents are not required have an existing account with FSB to win.
Contest Period: All entries must be received or postmarked by the extended deadline of December 10th 2021. FSB reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest in its sole discretion. Entry (ie coloring page, drawing, poem, essay, etc.) may be dropped off at First State Bank located at 1820 Cumberland Ave , Middlesboro KY 40965.
Contest Entry Instructions and Terms: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. All entries or drawings must be original and entirely created by the entrant. There are no restrictions on what the entrant can use to write, draw, or color. By submitting an entry to FSB, each entrant (and his or her parent/guardian) is consenting to the use by FSB of the entrant’s submission for promotional and/or advertising purposes. Submission will require the following: Childs name, age (for use in promotional and/or advertising purposes) and parent/guardian phone number (for bank use only). No entry or drawing will be returned, and all drawings submitted in the contest, together with all rights thereto, shall belong solely to FSB. Entries will be judged by FSB based on creativity, writing, drawing, and/or coloring skill and overall creative or artistic ability.
Winner Selection and Prizes: FSB and judges will select one a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner. Each winner’s parent and/or guardian will be contacted after final decisions have been made by FSB. Once the parent/guardian has been contacted, each of the three winners’ drawings along with their first name and age will be posted on FSB’s Facebook and Instagram. The odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received. FSB will award to the 1st place prize winner, $75 cash to go into a FSB savings account, to the 2nd place prize winner, $50 cash to go into a FSB savings account, and to the 3rd place prize winner, $25 cash. Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are not transferable. No substitutions will be allowed.
Privacy Policy: FSB collects personal information for the purpose of notifying contest winners. All information submitted is kept in confidence, used solely for notification purposes, and shall not be made public by FSB. FSB does not lease, sell, or share personal information collected. Minor children must have parental permission to enter the contest.
Adjudication: Judges will be named by FSB.
Rights: All rights revert to the authors after contest ends.
Entry fee: None.
Permissions: By entering the contest, you are giving consent to FSB to publish the entry if chosen as the winner. If you are contacted by FSB as a winner and chose not to consent, FSB will choose another winner.
